Should a roadmap be a commitment?

Episode 21 is our next episode. In this instalment, I interview Randy Silver.

Randy is a product consultant and coach who has been working as an interactive producer and product manager across the US and UK for 20 years. A recovering music journalist and editor, he launched Amazon’s music stores in the US and UK; he’s also worked across sectors including museums and arts groups, online education, media and entertainment, retail, and financial services.

He has held Head of Product roles at HSBC and Sainsbury’s, where he also directed their 100+-person product community. Randy’s book, What Do We Do Now? A Product Manager’s Guide to Strategy in the Time of COVID-19 is out now, with all profits going to charity.  He’s the founder & co-host of The Product Experience podcast and founder/host of Product in the {A}ether, a virtual lean coffee meetup. Next up we have Luke Hohmann, Chief Innovation Officer of Applied Frameworks, a boutique consulting firm helping companies create more profitable software-enabled solutions. He’s also one of the OGs of roadmapping so there is a ton of wisdom to come. So watch out for Episode 22!
