Justin Woods
Co-host and Co-creator, Talking Roadmaps
Justin is a roadmapping expert with many years product and tools experience dedicated to improving the craft of roadmapping and bringing it to the world.
He is also the founder of Roadmap Heroes where they empower tech teams to plan strategy, track execution, and clearly communicate using roadmapping tools. They offer a variety of consulting and training services are based on over 20 years experience in software/product roles and hundreds of successful client implementations. Delivering better roadmaps supported by tools.
Phil Hornby
Co-host and Co-creator, Talking Roadmaps
Phil is a product strategy and innovation expert who has used roadmaps extensively to guide products. He is passionate about establishing best practice and learning for others what that looks like.
He is also the founder of for product people where they help entrepreneurial product teams to be successful. They provide training, facilitation and coaching to help product teams deliver customer and business value at scale. They’ve upskilled thousands of people across hundreds of companies. Roadmapping is a core skill at the heart of those activities.
